I don't use a Mac, but have read on the forum that it will not run on that OS......but again, no first hand knowledge. Go to the Superchips site and see what the reqts are, or call them to be sure.
You input the actual tire height in inches measured to the closest quarter inch. So, while parked on a flat surface, measure your tire height with a tape measure (I place a level on the highest point of my tire). So, if it is 33 3/4 inches, you'd enter 33.75 in the flashpaq. Now, on mine, I had to enter .50 less than actual to get my speedo dialed in. I have read where many of us have had to make similar small adjustments to dial in the speedo. It helps if you have access to a portable GPS with a speed reading to test against.
Only tricks are to update the programmer first, be patient and do EXACTLY what it tells you to do. Make sure you turn off all electrical items in the Jeep and have a fully charged battery. First time is slow as it copies your stock file, but subsequent ones go much faster.
Enjoy!
You'll love your superchips... it will give you a very different butt dyno experience, like your engine just woke up....
I think it won't work on MacOS, but you do have a Windows emulator in there right? You might want to give that a try....

I've been running with mine now for about two months. Initially I could feel a difference using the performance tune, then I read here some many JK'ers are using the towing tune so I installed that for the last month or so.
After a while you start thinking that it's a waste of time and money, it does nothing.....
Then one day you retune, and return to stock for a dealer visit or something, then suddenly you realise you JK is sluggish, non responsive!

Congrats! Just like stated above, follow the directions and don't get in a hurry. If you do have any problems, the guys at Superchips are great and will work it out! You'll love it!
Try this thread it has all the answers you will probably need.
Look at quote #832 says what to use if you have a mac, to install it. Also i had to install the update and TPMS packs twice for it to show up int the Flahpaq when I plugged it in the Jeep. Money well worth spent.
