So my Jeep has been to the dealer 3 times in one month for the loose-steering-knocking issue, kept for 2 days twice and has still not been fixed. During the last visit they aired my tires down to 28lbs! I'm dealing with Chryslers "Owner Retention" department now. So far the rep does not sound very helpful. She took my side of the story and says she will investigate with the dealer and let me know her findings. This is my second chrysler product in a row and I feel like I'm being treated as a stranger. Any keywords I should mention to them? I already said that I do not feel safe driving my Jeep and have requested buyback or replacement. Mine is an '09 X with 5600 miles. Any helpful tips are appreciated!

 

Make sure the small black bushing on the firewall is fully seated ....
