Default Good price for used hardtop?

What do you consider a good price for a used JKU hardtop ($1000, $800, or less)??? Facebook marketplace has a wide range of people selling from $500 with no windows to $1500 with windows in good condition. Seems to me buying a top with no windows would be silly since the rear is $650 and the sides are $170.

In the DFW metroplex where I am, used hardtops in good shape, both 2dr and 4dr, go for $1400 - $1500 regularly. I'd suspect that varies a little across the states.

Yeah I’ve seen almost every hard top on Craigslist/etc... at least above $1000

And for some reason stuff in JAX seems to be priced 25% higher than most of the country.
