Buddy, there should not be any "extra" fees on your bill or any of this "sign here, sign there" without any explanation as to exactly what you're signing. Extended warranty should only be offered to you as an option and if it was not offered that way then they will have to reverse it, no questions asked. Also, you should sit down with someone with a copy of your bill and get a detailed explanation of ALL fees that are on there. If there is something they did not tell you about or explain in detail upon signing, then get them to reverse it, if they're not willing to do that, pull out of the deal.

If you already bought it, it's yours, and the only thing to do now is start enjoying it. Didn't get exactly what you want? That's nothing Quadratec and Northridge 4x4 can't fix!!

Not liking a new car isn't a good feeling. Go enjoy it. The sale was but a single day and you have many years and many miles (kilometers) ahead to enjoy with your new Jeep.

OK, not to sound rude, but let me get this straight.

1. You bought a Jeep that you didn't really want. Color, etc
2. You are not sure if it is a sport or a Sahara
3. You signed the paperwork without reading or understanding what you were agreeing to

Hmmm......

There is really not that much metal on the two door and if you don't like the color you could always have it painted. As far as the HD suspension on a stock jeep I would consider it a marketing gimmik for the uneducated more then anything. You can always find take off shocks and coils from people that have replaced the suspsension or just upgrade.
I installed the Mopar heated set accessory I have to say easy instill , just plug and play any the heat very well was pricy but honestly I feel it was worth the $$$$ IMO

Contact Jeep customer support email them the VIN they will give you all the info you need (you should already have) but it might help you sleep at night. I bought mine used emailed them my VIN and a few days later I had a complete break down including all the options, suspension details , axle ratios etc. Good luck once you get past the dealer issues you will find nothing better then a Jeep

This is a random thought but the dealer might have been aggravated having to bring a vehicle in from another dealer. I say that because I know several guys at dealerships and they've been candid with me regarding vehicle location. They've told me straight up they don't like to do that because they lose their "kickbacks" from the manufacturer. Of course this is just speculation as to why they may have been short and offered such mediocre service...but still a viable scenario. Either way I hope you enjoy your rig man it's tough to beat a jeep.
