I don't think that looks terribly abnormal to me. I think the first pic is accentuated as the angle is from below where the grill and hood meet. Unless that jeep was in a front-end collision, having a hard time seeing how it could be off. The gaps down by the turn signal look normal to me, the headlight appears normal, and all hood lines appear normal. There really is no grill adjustment. It snaps into a support on the bottom side and across framing structure up top above the radiator.

Must be tweaked where it snaps in as i did have a front end collision, both air bags deployed, engine mounts, transmission mounts, puncture both sides of cat, body mounts all bent. and where the radiator goes the condenser got bent front the engine shifting its that or the fromt fender penal has moved. I had no pannel damage all the impact was thru arb bumper causing the rest of the engery to travel.

Im just noticing a few things like i think my front door hinges mite be tweaked maybe the bonnet hinges aswell. Front passenger allignment seems off isnt as easy to close that door.

Well with that explanation I can see the line of questioning. I'd say all in all it isn't terrible and there would be bigger issues. Looks like you'd have to remove that bumper to get the grill off. you could maybe coherence the lower and upper supports the grill attaches to a touch higher, but it seems like it would be some effort that may or may not help. Kinda sounds like there are some larger issues to address. If you wanted a quicker fix to just cover up the gap a bit, maybe adding a wind deflector there could help the appearance. It sounds like a lot of crumple issues with such a forceful collission.
