Default Half door top storage bags?

Is anyone aware of some sort of soft top door storage bag I could buy from somewhere. I have the factory half doors on my 2-dr Rubi. Early in the morning it's pretty cold driving down the freeway so I have them on my commute to work but when I drive home in the afternoon when it's warmer I like to take them off and they're getting scratched up from being put in the back of the Jeep?

Thanks,

Steve

I actually bought a couple of fleece blankets, about $5.00 each, and my sister sewed them into and an "envelope" for the windows.

Steve,

Did you ever buy the half-door case? I was hoping to buy it and wanted to follow up on your opinion.

I have the MOPAR bag for my half doors. It attaches to the rear headrests with nylon straps. It holds the doors nicely. I only use it when I think the doors will be in there for a while on a trip otherwise I just stand them up and lean them on the back of the rear set. The back is great and easy to use but really unnecessary unless you want to store them for a trip. Otherwise the bag just hangs empty in the back all the time.

It's pretty good but not perfect. I'm fairly OCD with my soft top windows and half doors so am very careful about keeping them clean and avoiding scratches.

The doors fit neatly into the bag and as others have said the bag locates very nicely behind the rear seats. The protecting sheets in the bags do a good job of protecting and separating the windows on the half doors.

If you also put the windows from the soft top in the bag, they will fit in there O.K. although you will have to fiddle with them a bit to lie right. They will be well protected but the bag is designed so that you put the doors in first and then put the windows in such that they curve around the doors. That can be done O.K. but the bag doesn't lie competely flat and it can take a few minutes to get it right.

On balance I am happy with the bag for door top storage but prefer the cloverpatch most of the time for the soft top windows.

If I were doing it again and could find a bag which just fit the half doors (and didn't have window storage) then I'd go with that and use inconjunction with a cloverpatch.

I have hard and soft tops and full and half doors so depending on the set up I am running I use different storage solutions.

1. Running to work (cold and dry). Hard top freedom panels and half door tops on. (Soft top left at home)
2. Coming home (warmer). Freedom panels in bag in back. half door tops in MOPAR bag.
3. Out of the main summer season I tend to run full doors and either the soft top or the hard top depending on the prevailing weather. With soft top and full doors I use the clover patch for the windows.
