Default Hard top back window stain

Hey guys. Can the stain be removed from the back glass (from bolt for wiper motor.)

Any recommendations?

I don't know but I'm interested in finding out.

Last summer I tried pretty hard by putting rubbing compound on it and hitting it pretty hard with a buffing wheel. It did pretty well, it didn't fully remove it and it's back in full force after the winter snow and salt months.

I've found that vinegar works for pretty much everything, tree sap, road tar, random crap that gets on the windows.

I would also try vinegar. It can also remove hard water stains. You can also use 0000 steel wool and diswashing soap.

Thanks for the ideas. I went with a little swab of Never Dull on the glass stain, then wiped it off. It took the stain away and also a little rust that was on the bolt itself. Nice!
