Default Hard Top or Soft Top

I have the Hard top and the Soft top. I am debating whether I should keep boh or get rid of one of them. I like the hard top for security and winter, but it is a PAIN in the A$$ to take it off by myself. I love having the top off though. What are your thoughts?

a few burgers and dogs on the grill, some cold beer in a bucket of ice, and the first warm spring weekend, even your "friends" that don't like you so much, will give you a hand removing that top. Repeat, in reverse for winter hard top replacement.

If you have a garage, rig up a hoist. There's a great thread on that somewhere around here. I haven't even posted my take on it (using an old chain hoist I had laying around.) Soft to hard in 30 minutes. It'd take less time if I practiced it more.

Best of both worlds - Hard top for winter, with the Freedom Panels for those occasional warm days in spring or fall; Sunrider for the rest of the year. The additional cost was minimal, and well worth it.

I purchased this vehicle for the open sky, but snow & ice are a reality here from November to March, especially once you climb out of the valley. The Hard top is also nice when we go to larger centers where the security of a locked space offers peace-of-mind.
