Default Headrests

I just ordered new seat covers. Is there a method to remove the headrests for the install?
Thanx, in advance for your input.

If you depress the tabs the headrest will lift right out. I have trek armor seat covers and they require you to cut holes in them to install the headrests. If this is your case you can also remove the plastic inserts that the headrest goes into by taking a flat head screw driver and depressing the tab inside of it. It's a little tricky and hard to explain without a visual. Check out YouTube or the forum if you have to remove those.
