Ok, today I turned the heat on and later went to turn it off but nothing. It is stuck on hot. I believe the temp dial is working because when I turn on the AC and on and the temp is set too cold it is hot but on hot it is very hot. I don't have any blinking lights or codes. Behind the glove box, the actuator moves for circulation and the white actuator on the left side of the glove box rotates when the air (not AC) is turned on and off. I am confused if this is a stuck blending door as the temp goes up and down with the AC on, Cooling the Hot air. I can't hear all the noises as I have hearing loss but I usually hear something. Any advice before I just start ripping stuff off.

 

Sounds like the actuator.
