Heater issues
I have a 2011 with auto air... not that I use it ever.
Lately the heater has been driving me nuts. With it set to outside air (not recirculating) and the main vents, there is no temp control besides full hot and full cold what so ever. If I go to full cold, it pulls in the outside air but if I go one notch above the blue dot they system goes to full hot. It is almost like the blend door is either full hot or full cold, nothing in between. Does the new system still use the crappy vacuum actuators?
my jeep is acting like my first wife, either full hot or full cold, nothing in between!! I really don't want to take it to the dealer cause they are f**king slow, took them 8 hours to do the d35 flash and a complimentary oil change. It would be down for a month if they had to dig into the dash

My wife's armada was doing that. It could be a bad thermometer or the climate control. The dealership actually has a little device they stick in the vent that reads the temp (almost like a volt meter). There is actually factory standards on how on and cold the air should be blowing. According to the dealership everything was fine.. This probably didn't help much, but it's a an option.. (have dealership test temp)..
