Take it right back to the dealer?

Both of my TJs had issues with the heaters, the switches went bad. I didn't have a darn warranty on them unfortunately.

Good luck!

I think I've heard that this is a problem with the water pump... (correct me if I'm wrong...)

No heat is rare in JKs. My heat will melt your face off! LOL.

Good luck!

Check the coolant level.

No, if the water pump is not working, the engine would get very hot.

There is a small radiator for the heater, the coolant goes inside this radiator through a small valve. The cable of this valve is broken. Easy to fix.

There's a cable that runs from the heat control to an arm on the driver's side. My dealership doesn't even question it because they've seen it so much. Take it back there for repair.
