Default HELP!!! 07 AUTO clicking/rubbing when in reverse

The other day I was backing out of my driveway and I heard a clicking noise coming from underneath my jeep. I figured a branch or something got stuck underneath, so I stopped to inspect. When I looked under the jeep I found no branch or any other type of debris.

It feels like something is stuck underneath when I reverse, if I let off the brakes and gas sometimes it will come to a stop. Other times I can start her up and the problem disappears. Sometimes the problem is really bad, and sometimes it's hardly noticeable.

Could this have something to do with the transmission fuel? Im a newbie.
