Default help for 2013 jku softtop

I tried to install the soft top today but it seems not as easy as the videos show.
First I installed the door frames then the soft top attached, but when I unfold it entirely , it's too short! I can't attach it to the front. The rare is hard to attach too if I attached the middle part(on the door frame)
How the hell is so easy to unfold on the youtube videos?

Most likely. When warm it stretches quite a bit.

I did mine on a 60 degree day in the unheated garage. Trick was to leave rear corners unattached, connect front but don't crank down. Let it stretch. Then an hour or so later, crank down the two front brackets. Let it stretch for an hour. Disconnect the front, attach the rear corners and repeat. Worked great for me.

Windows out and rear corners unhooked.
The top will stretch out after a while. It's a bitch in cold weather.
