HELP!! Key IN Ignition Message

HELP!! Key IN Ignition Message
Guys,
2012 JKU Sport
I am new on here had the jeep 2 months next week. I decided to put some LEDs on my reverse lights today and License plate lights (simple Ebay ones) and also my front fogs which I rarely use. Installed everything in 30 mins. I back it out of the garage and take the key out. Message still says Key in Ignition. I turned it on and off, even took it for a drive, used the second key, no luck same thing. Since thats what the CPU thinks i cant use my Fob to lock the doors and when the door is open I cant lock the rest of the JEEP Only when its closed can i lock the other doors from inside.
ALl lights work inside and outside. I have not done anything major to have this happen just plug and play stuff. car drives fine turns on fine everything else seems normal
ANy ideas?
