Post Help!!! Multiple Codes and I don't know where to start.

I have 2015 2 door sport with manual transmission 58k miles. The oil cooler was leaking so I replaced it. After getting everything back together I drove it for about a week and the check engine light came on. I did notice it idling a little rough. The codes that came up were P0129 - P0172 -P0175. I figured it was the MAP sensor and replaced it. On the test drive the engine light came back on. I took the intake off just to make sure I didn't miss something. After a lot of troubleshooting I found the vacuum hose from the PCV to the air box was leaking. I replace both PCV hoses. Seemed fine, made two test drives. The first was fine, on the second one the check engine light came on, along with the throttle position waring light, no power, felt like the engine was loading up. I went back through everything to makes sure I didn't have something connected wrong. Put it back together. Frist start up was fine. Let run long enough to come up to normal operating temp. Shut it off for a bit and then went to take it for a test drive. It was extremely hard starting. Both engine light and throttle position light came on. I checked the codes and now I have: P219A - P219B - P2127 - P0652 - P0129 - P0345 - P0390 - P0340 - P0652 - P1227 - P0365. I am at a loss. At this point I am going to have to tow it to a shop, but thought I would see if anyone had any ideas before.

dang. Flying through those codes, most of which hadn't seen before, the one common thing seems to be electrical....and all i can think of is having stressed the wiring loom at the back of the engine which getting that lower intake off. were you able to remove that plug from the back of the lower intake or did you have to get that out of the way while leaving that connected? seeing a lot of those codes being low voltage to a sensor....and sensors that aren't necessarily next to each other like MAP vs CPS....

Thanks for the input. I was able to get the wire loom off of the back of the intake when I took it off, but that doesn't mean something happen. I have been leaning towards some sort of wiring issue for those reasons, low voltage and sensors that aren't related.

Look at the grounds. On the 2009 there is a large bundle of grounds that goes to the passengers side of the block behind the manifold. Mine started throwing's various codes then AC stopped working. In the end found about 6 ground wires rotted off that stud. Replaced them all and fixed all the issues.

are you using J-scan?
If not, download the app and buy a blutooth or wifi obd2 adapter.
I have this one and it works great for my 07: Amazon.com: Vgate iCar Pro Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) OBD2 Fault Code Reader OBDII Code Scanner Car Check Engine Light for iOS/Android : Automotive

Pay for the j-scan license so you can get the advanced scanning stuff.
that will let you look at bcm and other modules for codes that might hint a larger issue.

Like others stated, a mass of codes coming up screams a grounding issue.
Maybe something wasn't reconnected when changing the part?

I had some issues related to O2 sensors; I found some bad grounds near the engine block on the passenger side.
Later they may have moved them, but all of the sensors go to the same ground.
looked good until I took the connector apart and started pealing back the insulation.

but since it started after you were around the intake area on the 3.6, I'm guessing it's somewhere around there.

I also had some issues that screamed TIPM or ECM failure.
Turned out most of those were related to my alternator going crazy and cooking the battery with some overvoltage.
And since the jeep doesn't have an actual voltmeter, I had no idea until I started playing around with J-Scan and seeing actual voltages.
All codes went off when it was acting up, but nothing calling out the over voltage or an alternator issue.

I do have the J-Scan. Still trying to figure out all of the features.

After lots and lots of troubleshooting, lots of code clearing, and mobile mechanic it looked like I was having issues with either the throttle body or APP sensor. I replace both and it just made everything worse. I put back on all the original parts (Throttle body, MAP sensor, APP sensor). Now it starts smoothly, no check engine light, just the throttle sensor light, but you push on the throttle and there absolutely no response. This happens with both the original and the new APP. I have been over and over all the grounds and through the wiring harness and have not found anything wrong. I need to check voltage at the APP sensor. Codes are P2122, P2127, P2167, P2166, P2116, P2115.
