Default Help with Window Track

I need help, I disconnected the top top of my window track trying to get ot the lock cylinders. I have spent the last 4 hours trying to reconnect it. $%$%# . It's is the little white piece that you push out the disconnect the top part of the window track. It is shaped like a tee. See this link for an example of what it looks like.
