hesitation after upshifting fix?

Mine does it once or twice a week when it's cold going in to second. Once it's warm it doesn't do it.
Did it once coasting at idle in first, got back on the gas and nothing happened for a couple seconds.

Thats sucks. So the problem is the clutch? Sounds like this is fairly common.
