Arrow Hiccups!

I guess this has been brought up before but I would like your opinion. When I purchased the Jeep the engine idled super smooth, at approx, 5,000 Km I noticed that the engine would have a very slight rough idle during warm up, once the engine reached operating temp smooth again. Now at 7,km I notice a very slight rough idle or hiccup even during full operating temperature. I had the engine surge a few times in the summer after initial start up but after some fuel injector cleaner and Heet water remover it has never come back. I do however have this slight rough idle. It crept up very slowly over the last few thousand KM.
I had a 2005 Jeep Liberty that suffered the engine hiccups at idle as well. No one could ever diagnose the problem. Fine under load just at idle. The JK isn't as pronounced but the hiccups are there. I'm hoping it doesn't mature to something really irritating.
My question is how many Jk owners out there are experiencing the same thing? I'll post a poll for anyone who wishes to vote.
