horn and cruise control not working

Default horn and cruise control not working

Does anyone know if these are controlled by the same module. If so what's the part number. Need to have it replaced. I checked fuses and they're all good.

Ok, so the horn does work...now it's just the cruise....any thoughts on this?

Clock spring going bad or got water in it?

this would be my only idea or suggestion.

Had the issue. Was my clockspring. Then it finally broke while I was turning. I could hear pieces in the steering column
