You go through water/mud recently? Just pick up a new one. Mine always dies when I go through water/mud. My fix -- and it works -- is I just lay down the horn a few times and it eventually restores itself. I've had my horn shot at least five or more times, and every time it's come back to life. So try laying down the horn for a seconds for a few times. If you can get some squeaks out of it, keep laying down the horn until it revives itself.
This works... I've done the same
