Default Horn stops!

Any ideas why my horn just stops working when i hold it? or when i sound it repeatedly? sometimes it stops right when it starts to sound, it doesn't even wait a long time before it is mute for a couple of minutes... i can try to use it and it won't work, then after a couple of minutes it comes back

Default What did you do?

Did you find the cause? What did you do?

There's a thread on here along the lines of "what did you get for your rig that you regret." Someone posted that they bought the Hella dual air horns and thought they were worse than the stocker. A "cross between a Fiat and a drowning sheep" I think they called it.

Let us know. Thanks

Your horn is ashamed of itself.

I had the same thing happen. Holding then horn then it fades out and suddenly comes back later that day. Strange indeed. My favorite description compared the Jeep horn to a wounded goat, pretty spot on I think.
