hot/cold issue in zero temps

Default hot/cold issue in zero temps

when outside temp below 20F, and jeep is warmed up, the air temp changes back and forth between hot and cold. doesnt seem to happen above 20F.
2015 JK. just started a few weeks ago.

any help would be great.

You're talking about the air blowing from the heater changes back and forth from hot to cold.....but only if external temps are sub 20*? You thinking you're having an issue with a blend door of the heater core itself? Is it on both passenger and driver's side?
