Hit the trail this weekend 4 Hi, OD off and not a problem. Did 75 miles up and down the hills and everything seemed good. Next time I will try it in 2 wheel, OD off and see if t is ok. Thanks for all your help.

I did write a letter to Jeep about my concerns and will let you know what they have to say...if they say anything.

Thanks again

I've had the same problem. Put on tranny cooler and changed fluids...still had warning after new fluids on next trip. Changed to 4Lo and message went away after a few minutes. Will try O/D off next time out. Thanks guys!

Wow, you got the warning even WITH and aux cooler!

Two thoughts pop into mind.

Were you crawling really slowly in the heat? Some dessert rock-crawlers I know needed aux coolers equipped with their own fans for air flow. The passive coolers weren't enough.

Did you install the lines such that the aux cooler is lined in after the stock cooler on the return to the pan?
