Seriously why would you be concerned of top speed in 4 low? You should start with reading your owners manual that is located in your glove box.

You will be limited by your rpms. Use 4H if you need to go fast. You really should read your book. If you don't have one, dl one for free.

When To Use 4L (Low) Range
When off-road driving, shift into 4L (Low) for additional
traction and control on slippery or difficult terrain,
ascending or descending steep hills, and to increase low
speed pulling power. This range should be limited to
extreme situations such as deep snow, mud, steep in-
clines, or sand where additional low speed pulling power
is needed. Vehicle speeds in excess of 25 mph (40 km/h)
should be avoided when in 4L (Low) range.

I didn't get one :/
Now that I can dl one I shall.
And I'm not really worried about how fast I can go. More of how fast I shouldn't go. I had a truck with locker before and it was an auto and I was only able to use it in "low gear". So I was just wondering if it's a similar case and if it is so, I'm a limited to a certain gear is all.
