Can anybody help me out with ideas methods, about how to fix my bumper.

New bumper. It is rotomolded plastic it won't ever be perfect after a repair.

Ask around to see if anyone still has a stock front bumper laying around. If not you can get a nice after market one for 350.00

I always see bumpers on Craigslist. I suggest you look there. Don't feel bad, I did the same thing but have much less noticeable damage so I just live with it.

Cut the ends off making it a more functional mid width bumper, and then you'll be able to work the dents out from the inside

You can heat it up and pop it with air but it will never look perfect... I tried it on my 11' after some guy hit me.

pull that outer plastic off, cut the crush cans off and chop the factory metal down... instant new stubby bumper. One of my favorite mods

I still have my stock front & rear for sale. $50 each. You cover shipping. Otherwise, easiest to pull it off, apply a little heat (heat gun) and push it back out.

I made it a step easier and just cut everything with the bumper still attached lol

Yeah, that works too! hehe... but, I like the look of it with the plastic off like I did mine
