How long is drive cycle
I need to reset the computer as part of a thermostat replacement. My 2014 JK is past due for inspection in NJ. How long will I need to wait before the inspection station can do my inspection. The issue is about the reset of the computer to get rid of the check engine light.

Once you clear the codes it might need over 50 miles and I have seen mine (Pa) have to go over 80 miles to get it to green light the Inspection station. It also helps to have a few re-starts in the mix.. I did overnight and 50 miles= not enough on a 2-16 JKU

Thanks. I did the t-Stat job today. It was super easy. Took under 30 minutes. The code is currently out, but I assume that is because I disconnected the battery while my hands where in there near the fan.
