I've read some conflicting information on the effect of the ESC on the capabilities of the JK - specifically that it prevents you from locking the hubs in high-range(!)

Anyone know anything about this?

Well it can be completely turned off, so it can't be much of a problem. and what hubs are you referring to? Aftermarket?

Sorry, I guess I wasn't all that clear.

I heard that the electronically-activated lockers on the Rubicon are disabled by the ESC when in 4H.

Can anyone out there straighten me out on this?

In the TJ Rubicon you could only activate the lockers in Low Range, unless you performed the mod to bypass the factory switch.

The same goes for the JK. I don't think it will take long for a mod to pop up that allows you to use the lockers in 4WD High, or even 2WD High.

No Big Deal...
