Default How to tighten E-Brake

i got my rotor and caliper off and im wondering how to tighten it?
i know its a little weird ring but i just cant find it so any please point me in the right direction

This is from someone else's post, for those who don't know what it looks like.
The adjustment star wheel is circled.
It's accessible by removing a rubber plug on the other side of the backing plate.
