Default I know this isn't a JK...

But the wife got a new Jeep today and I had to post a pic. She wouldn't go for a JK but this is the next best thing.

I almost traded the ole Billy Goat for one of those. The wife said "the Billy Goat or her". Sometimes I miss her Just kidding, she loves the Billy Goat sometimes too.

The WK2 is a heck of a deal for the money. The initial platform was developed by Daimler Chrysler and it rides on the same chassis as a M series Benz. With the Hemi and the tow package it pulls over 7000 lbs. I really enjoy mine.

I'm interested to see just how awful the gas mileage is. She has a lead foot and worst of all she drives with both feet: Right foot gas, left foot brake... It's brutal.

We work at the same hospital with similar hours so most days we carpool. I've been the main driver, now that she has her new toy she's gonna want to drive every day.

Plus: It's only a 5 mile commute.
Minus: GCs don't come with Oh Sh*t Handles
