Use your state's lemon laws. They are there to protect us when we get crappy vehicles. They have very specific time requirements that the dealerships have to meet in order or else they have to replace the vehicle. And by golly they will start jumping and answering questions when you tell them the countdown has begun. READ YOUR LEMON LAWS

Point 2. Use the online better business bureau site to file complaint against dealerships and any other company that jerks your around. The companies want that BBB sticker on their window, and don't want a complaint on their permanent record. I have used it 3 times and received just compensation each time.
