Default The infamous soft top leak

Does anyone have a cost estimate on fixing the soft top leak at the A-Pillars? I've tried foam tape, weatherstripping, and everything in between and I still have periodic puddles on my drivers side floor and seat. Getting quite tired of this.

Thoughts?

Find a new soft top shell on craigs list. If it still leaks, it could be your install methods.

Option 2. Tupperware on the front seat to catch the water.

I solved my soft top leak permanently by using a very small amount (a ball less than the size of a green pea) of that putty-like sealant that never hardens. You can get it at any of the "big box" home improvement stores. Some trades people call it "monkey poop" or "dum-dum".
Apply it at the aft end of the shaped rubber gasket (the odd shaped piece just aft of the A-pillar) so that it seals tightly. I would get pics but
1. It's friggin cold and snowing here and
2. the hard top is on...

You shouldn't need a new top or that gasket unless one or both are damaged.

@Bling - I may give that a shot. If you happen to come across any pictures of the repair, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
