Default Installing Rubicon take off shocks - does this look right?

I purchased some Rubicon take offs to put on my 2010 Sahara.
I can compress them somewhat easy, and they look ( at least to me ) to rebound very slowly.
I don't have much experience with automotive shocks so i could definitely be wrong.
Does this look right?

http://youtu.be/PeTQ8KO1TOM I am not holding the shock down, just keeping it upright

That looks about right. If they were not to rebound at all they would be no good.

that is about right. My new ones were about that slow to expand when I pulled them on my new rubicon.
