Hi all,

couple of days ago my airbag (driver side) light started blinking and dinging at me... it would light up and stay on for 10 secs and then go.... it's been doing it at odd intervals, sometimes when steering other times with no steering... I too out the clock spring and tested with a voltmeter and it tests okay between the airbag terminals and the plugs... also when the light blinks the horn, cruise control all work fine...

Today however it blinked as I was just pulling into the carpark, so I left the steering wheel still, and the light stayed on till I moved it again.. so it is kind of pointing me towards a dying clock spring... that said, the clock spring is only 3 month old, as I replaced it when I busted the previous one, when I was installing a new steering box..

Any thoughts?
