Default Irritating Clicking

For a while now my left A-Pillar/surrounding dashboard area has been making an annoying click randomly. I know its not anything life-threatening but its just really getting on my nerves. I'm just wondering if anyone has had this same problem and if there was a solution. It'd even help if I could just narrow down where its coming from.

Mine did the same and I had the door striker adjusted and solved the problem.

Check the bolts on the A pillar for tightness, including the brackets on the outside.

X2 on the door striker. 4" of black electrical tape wrapped around the bar totally eliminated it for me.

The dealership answer is to apply a special grease that quiets the latch when closed. Only problem is that it has the potential to be messy especially with how easily you can hit the door catches upon entry and exit. I show my dealership service manager the black tape fix and they loved it. Easy and clean!!

On mine, the tape on the door striker worked to stop the clunking in the B pillar.
The OP seems to have a clicking in the A pillar. I fixed that on mine by tightening a few loose bolts at the top, and checked the ones on the bracket at the bottom, outside.
