Default it's been fun, but....

just took ownership of a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD sport. $45/month less than what I was paying on the 2014 JKU sport S....
It just didn't make sense anymore...Jeep needed tires, tired of dealing with the heater core issue, and it had 150,000 miles. It was a really fun vehicle, but it was time to go.
thank you to all the people who helped me mod my jeep! There are some really smart people on this site, who give very valuable info!

thanks

I knew I’d see the word tacoma in this post! Been thinking about one myself. TRD off road..The 2 door rubi is getting a little cramped feeling these days.

Sounds like you got a lot of use out of the jeep w/150k on the 3.6! Enjoy the new truck.

I think I'll be waiting until hell freezes over for Toyota to un-screw the Tacoma's crappy seats.

I was going back and forth between a trd and a ZR2. Each has features that I liked and each had some short comings. Enjoy as the trd should provide many miles of fun.

Smart cruise control is weird...going from a 130 radio, to a radio that I think I could program a satellite from is kind cool. Toyota got rid of the 4wd lever...but oh well.
the 3.5l engine and gearing is better than my 3:21 gears..
but I will miss the freedom panels.
anyone wanna buy a hand winch and strap that mounts in the garage, or a mesh bikini top for. A 4 door?? Lol.
