Do the 2011's not have a lifetime? Wow, makes me even happier I got mine when I did.

I believe that the 2009 model year was the last year of the lifetime powertrain warranty and the 2010 model year has a 10 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty. There is no change between the 2010 warranty and the 2011 warranty.

Thanks for the listing. By any chance did they add a convenient place to stash toll booth change? LOL: Out of eight JKs convoying to Disney last Sunday, only one other JK and I had to use the toll booths (everyone else had a pass). And it was a pain to find the change to pay the toll because the Zip-Lok bag I keep it in had ripped open, spilling the change all over the center console. This seems like such a glaring oversight for a 2007 vehicle. Heck, it was a glaring oversight in the 1980s!!!

Pretty sight on the way up the tollway ...

Default I actually saw one on the road

Not sure if they let you actually buy one and drive it off the lot yet, but i did see one on the road (perhaps the Jeep dealer near me had it out on the road for testing). I only caught a casual look, it was the light beige colored one (the new color, forgot the name) with a matching color hard top. My stepson and I both noticed it and both agreed, the color coordinated top (at least in that color) didn't look good! Maybe it was the color, but it was TOO much, looked like a milk truck lol.

Glad to hear that the color coordinated hardtop is an option, i think the black looks better, kindof breaks up the monotony. Also, coordinates well with bumper and fenders (if black)

I dunno bout that. I made the miserable mistake of buying an FJ Cruiser 07', traded it after one year due to…..get this….rattling from the cheap ass interior. There was an endless list of what I hated about the FJ, but the cheap plasticy interior was junk, utter junk. My wife started beating the dash to make nervous ticking stop on road trips. Atleast on a jeep, you can just remove everything

Now, FJ got the hidden dash box right that was cool. And the motor in 2wd was way faster than the jeep. But my 09 sahara smokes an FJ on the trail, on the beach, OH YA IN SNOW TOO. The FJ handled like shit in snow….ok, I'll stop, the interior was the comment. FJ interior blows monkey butt.

In the armrest there is change storage. My '09 came with a tray that can just sits on top. The new tray is attached at the hinges permanently. You can swing it up into the lid/armrest to access the deeper area.

If they are on the lot they can be purchased and driven home. I asked abotu that too. there isn't a release date or anything like that. When it hits the lot it is eligible. I was offered a great deal. '11 JK + shipping to San Diego for less than I could buy it in SD.

You got a lifetime powertrain warranty on a 2010? I thought that ended with the 2008's and 2009's?

Oh well, the more we mod, the less likely we'll ever even be able to cash in on that.

the '10 i just got came with 10/100 powertrain.. then I added 5/60 bumper to bumper just because its not a matter if things will bust, but when...

id like to find a 2 door on the lot to see if the passenger seats fold forward like a TJ... if so, I think a mod to my 2010 will be in order...

Not to get technical, but a few VERY late model year 2007 Wranglers also had the lifetime powertrain warranty. I think they started offering this option a couple of months before the '08s were available.

Oh well, splitting hairs.
