Default Jeep Emission Control System

Let me start out by introducing my self, I own a 2009 2 Door JK. Ive never been a member on any Jeep forum but I have been an avid reader. I recently joined due to my Jeep failing California's smog emission test. I did some searches and could not find much info for my specific questions so I apologize if I missed a forum on this!

I passed the emissions portion of the check but my OBDII was declared "not ready". The monitors they look for are the Catalyst and Oxygen Sensor. I recently installed the Spod a few weeks ago with no problems but my battery light in the jeep came on a few random times.. I checked all connections and they were fine. Also, my airbag warning sensor has been chiming on in the last few days. I haven't replaced battery or reset computer..

Im thinking I need to drive it to get those monitors to come on. Whats the drive cycle for these jeeps? Should I reset my computer?

more info:
43k miles
Mostly stock other than Spod and Optima Red Top Battery (Purchased new in 2014)
Jeep sits most of time, only sees rare weekend driving

Any help would be greatly appreciated.. kinda frustrated since this is the first year shes had to be smogged.
