I can understand the stand Chrysler took. When you use the wrong tool for the job and it breaks the part who's fault do you think it is? Duh...

This is not a defect. This is not a "Jeep" issue. Lots of OEMs use the lug nuts with stainless covers. It is what it is. I replaced mine with black Gorilla nuts.
