Welcome to JK-Forum! Sorry to hear about your bad luck. I would first try another dealership, hopefully you can find one to take care of your problems.

My rear windows roll them self down, but I have not had this looked at yet, as I have other issues the dealer is working on.

Search through the Forums and ask questions, I am sure you will find a lot of help on this site.

I'm sorry for your troubles, but have found a lot of answers here on the forum. i haven't had near as many problems as a lot of people so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I agree with backwoodjk, find a new dealer.

Hey I am sorry to hear that you are having so many problems. I am currently on my third jk. My second one was a disaster very similar to the problems you are describing. If you cannot find another dealer who can help and solve your problems you must go back to your purchase dealer and really press them. I used words such as lemon law, defect, connection to public reviewers as well as the necessity to solve the problem due to saftey (regardless if you think it is a big enough issue or not) eventually you will bypass the lackies usually you get a desk guy then a maintenance manager and then a dealer manager. In my experience you have made head way when you are able to alert the regional manager of service (find out who yours is and contact them.)

Hope this helps

X2, fortunately I've not had any issues on mine besides the noisy clutch which was a known issue and fixed with no hassle. Hopefully you can get it all worked out.

WOW,, sorry to hear of all those problems you've had.
I bought my wifes 07 JK as a Christmas present for her on Nov 24th 06. It is a 4dr "X" auto, with a build date of Oct 06, and she simply loves it. About 1 week after we got it, the radio started turning off for no apparant reason. The dealer said it needed a reflash, however the service manager instructed the service dept. to install a new radio.
We havn't had any other problems with it since. Last inspection the dealership did a reflash for a few things, like the stall bug and the BAS, however we never experienced any of the problems.
In plain words she loves the JK, better that any other vehicle she's had including her 99XJ sport.

Sure sorry to hear you have had so many problems. Is it perhaps that it is a 2007? I purchased my 2008 last December and have nearly 24,000 miles on it so far, with zero problems. None whatsoever I know a lot of that is luck, trust me, but I am very very happy with my JK. I've had six Jeep vehicles in a row and this has to be the best of the lot so far.

19,000 miles, a leaking radiator cap was my only problem. I called the service writer, he had the cap in hand when I got to the service drive, while the radiator was cooling, shot the breeze with the writer and Jeep tech. Popped the bad cap off, he handed me the new one and I was GONE. Yes my crank-up windows will work down slightly on occasion, this is not a defect. ANY crank window geared to roll up and down easily will work down on occasion. Turn the handle and roll it up. The weight of the glass causes them to work down....
