Jeep throttle sticking on high idle.

I recently purchased 2013 wrangler Unlimited sport. In the 3 weeks I’ve owned it the throttle has stuck on WFO while trying to accelerate merging onto the freeway. Once on me thought it was the matt now it has done it to my wife and that is unacceptable! Anybody else figure this out and fixed the problem? I would figure Jeep would has stepped up on this before someone gets killed.
