Mine wanders it is play in the cheap Chinese power steering gear box. Not saying that is your problem but take it to the dealer thats what your warranty is for.

Mine wandered before tire change, and still wanders after.

My 07 2 door has "wandered" some since new. It is more pronounced on uneven pavement. Front end is tight, and ball joints are still good. The stock Rubi tires wear fine. It does not seem to matter running 30 psi or 35 psi.

I do have 400+ extra pounds on the front half of the vehicle though, which I am sure does not help.

I have grown so used to it I do not even think about it anymore.

Do you have the leveling kit installed in your JK?

My JK is extremely picky about toe-in settings and somewhat picky about air pressure.

I ran 1.75" spacers all around, and then .5" spacers up front -- all had an effect on handling. I found the less caster, the less toe the JK wanted. Even with the .5" spacer. Just a hair off on toe is enough to make the front end nervous.

I am back to all stock ride height now, and had spent considerable time dialing in the toe. For my setup, as little as a 1/16" turn of the adjuster has a noticeable effect on handling.

I originally passed this off as it being a massive aerodynamic brick, until i went and test drove a different wrangler at the local dealer and noticed nothing. I then drove a co workers 2012 2dr that has a 2.5" lift and 35's and again, there is not nearly as much wandering. Any suggestions?
Make the dealer fix it. It's new !

Nope, no leveling kit. Suspension is stock. Yeah, Chris i think that's my best bet. I'm already preparing myself for the "could not duplicate" battles with them.

Put the stock tires back on. Or at least be ready for the dealer to blame the tires.
Apples to apples is only good when its apples to apples. If u can't put the stocks back on see if they'll swap the tires from whichever new vehicle u test drive....not uncommon @ my store...#60515.
