Hi, i didn't see it mentioned, but I replaced the OEM door hinge sleeves with delrin inserts. No rust, no stuck pins, easy off and on doors. There's a thread somewhere on the forum. A worthwhile inexpensive mod.

Yeah, no worries! Just make sure you grease them up a bit when you put them back on, that will help you take them off next time and do it again before the end of the warmer season. They get a little rusty and dirty when the torque caps don't go back on. I had to use a hammer and a punch to get my rear doors off this summer.
