Does it feel like the front wheels fight each other? And the JK's front is "nervous"? Does your head bobble side to side?! ![Wink](https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.png)
Toe too far in or out will do this. This site suggest 1/8" in. That's a good starting point. I ended up aiming for 0 toe. My JK with steep (low number) caster angles tracks better that way.

Took the JK to a new allignement shop. it was toed out abou 1/2 an inch. I had them adjust the toe in to 1/8 of an inch.
also I got all the front control arms bushings replaced. With this allignement, the new bushings, the new tie rod/ drag link ends and the new ball joints, the JK rides like a dream even better than stock. I couldnt be happier

Great to hear. I'm curious what the castor settled out to...there is some discussion on the above alignment thread on higher vs lower castor angles. Eddie recommends 6 deg for tires greater than 35" whereas Fletch recommends lower angled values...and yet another here for lower angles...

Thanks guys. I was having the same problem after changing my ball joints. I found this old thread and sure enough I had over tightened. Backed the nut off a bit replaced the keeper pin and now roles straight and true

You need to make sure those are tightened to spec. It's usually not that you've overtightened them as much as it takes a little time for them to wear in. You should give them 500+ miles to settle in a bit.
