Default JKU leveling kit

Recently picked up a 2015 JKU. I have long term plans of 3.5" lift and 37's but for the short term (can't stand rolling stock) I'm thinking about installing Rock Krawlers 1.75" leveling kit. I would like to run 285/70 17's on the stock Moab's (without running spacers). Should expect an rubbing?

Stock flares with stock bumpstops, disconnected offroad? Yes. You will rub a lot in the front flexed.

Sent from some string and a few tin cans.

Thanks, leaning toward aftermarket wheels to avoid the hassle.

One inch wheels spacers fixed the rubbing for me. Was not for them, until I realized how well made they are and how secure they can be if installed right. Had them on going on a year, already checked them twice with a third time coming this week-end, and they are hanging as tight as they were upon installation.

I ran 1.5" Spidertrax's on my last JKU. I had no issue with the spacers themselves, only problem I had was when it was time to get something serviced that required the wheels being taken off. Dealer wouldn't touch them!! Just trying to avoid the future hassle.

Wow really? Only because you ran spacers. , didn't know Chrysler was this anal. I ran with spacers on my previous car (BMW) and the dealer never had an issue with it.

The old (Black) JKU had a 2.5" Coil lift and 34" tires. The spacers gave a lot better stance and were 100% necessary with the 315/70's.

The new (Billet Silver) JKU is bone stock at the moment.... So sad....
