Will factory JL shocks fit a JK?

Upper mounting hardware on the shocks don't look like it would.

Yes, both front and back upper mounts look different to JK.

BliZZard911, as already mentioned, I also don't think they would fit. If you want to look at some other models, I can recommend you this awesome website where authors gathered all the best shocks and explained how one model differs from another, telling you everything about pros and cons of each model of shocks.
