Default Just bought a soft top, missing one piece.

I picked up a 4dr soft top for $450, in like new condition. It is missing one piece. There is a part that connects to the back of the roll cage, where a joint is attached. Anyone have a part number or pictures so I can fab something?

They are the mounting brackets. I will try to add a picture later, but here are the instructions. Look at items I and J.

They are probably still installed on the jeep that you bought them from. You should ask to take them off. Dual top groups come with them premounted.

Unfortunately the guy had sold his Jeep and left them on. It looks like the part is $20 online. I'll check with my dealer.

Thanks for that installation guide, I looked all over for that and all I could find were videos showing how to raise and lower the top.

I had to buy new ones for my Jeep when I gave my sunrider top to my girlfriend. They are about $20 at the dealer too, but far cheaper for tax than shipping from the Q.
