Talking Knocking in pillars

Hello from down under,

Basically, we have very poor roads, and I constantly get an annoying knock from both B pillars, here it is a common problem, but everyone just got it fixed under warranty, well im out of warranty, and am not scared of a spanner so would like to know if anyone actually knows what it is, or knows the fix??

THanks!!

I've become very comfortable with this noise. I actually notice when it stops...

I was wondering if it had something to do with the seatbelt...

This was a fix I had done by the dealership last year on my 2007 Jeep Liberty I thought they were crazy but it did fix the problem.
