Leaking coolant behind belt tensioner. Ideas?

Leaking coolant behind belt tensioner. Ideas?
I have coolant (orange) leaking issue behind the belt tensioner. The water pump is clean and the lower radiator hose is clean. Has anyone seen this? Thanks for your help.

Any trickles when the engine is warm and idling on level ground?
Different vehicle, but the only time I had coolant coming from an unexpected location, it was the intake manifold gasket.
Hope that's not the case for you.

I had to swap out my water pump gasket and while I was at it swapped the pump. Recently I noticed a slight leak and I double checked the bolts and they were a tad loose...since then no more leak. Gasket and pump were about $60 out the door.
