Default Leaking fluid

I woke up this morning and there was a yellow fluid that had leakes under the front driver side. Would anyone know what it is?

Actually brake fluid has a yellowish tint.

Brake fluid, power steering fluid or fresh motor oil are the only things I can think of.


Check the reservior next to the radiator cap and the brake reservoir near the firewall.
Coolant and transmission fluids are pink.

Figure out where it's coming from yet?

I called the dealer this morning and brought him 2h ago. He didn't know what it was either

could be the slave cylinder or cluth resivoure if its a manual

Soooo the dealer just called me and said that it was the washer fluid tube that disconnected from the reservoir

If you have a yellow fluid under your Jeep and the dealer says it was the tube from the washer resevoir, I say find another dealer and quick!!!!

Yeah i knew something didnt click when he told me that... My washer fluid is orange.. Im going to the dealers tomorrow to check it out

Radiator fluid comes in many colors including yellow or washer fluid.

Power steering and transmission fluid is red. If it was oil you would be able to tell when you touched it.
